Short version: Cancel any time to stop future charges. PDF reports already generated are non-refundable. For anything else, email us — we are reasonable people.

1. Subscription Cancellation

WebAudit Pro and Agency are monthly subscriptions. You may cancel at any time:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to paid features until the period ends. No future charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

The reason is straightforward: PDF generation consumes server compute immediately and the report is delivered to you in full. There is no way to "return" a digital product that has already been used.

If you believe you are owed a refund, email hello@webaudit.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks for amounts we would have voluntarily refunded result in additional processing fees for us. Accounts with open chargebacks will have API access suspended until the dispute is resolved.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
