Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

WebAudit Pro and Agency are monthly subscriptions. You may cancel at any time:

International (LemonSqueezy — Pro & Agency)

India (Razorpay — Pro & Agency)

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to paid features until the period ends. No future charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

• PDF reports that have already been successfully generated and delivered
• API usage (scans consumed) during a billing period that has already started
• Partial months — we do not prorate mid-cycle cancellations
• One-time scan credits that have been issued and/or used

The reason is straightforward: PDF generation consumes server compute immediately and the report is delivered to you in full. There is no way to "return" a digital product that has already been used.

3. Eligible Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

• You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount)
• A technical failure on our side prevented the Service from working and we could not resolve it within 72 hours of your report
• You cancelled within 24 hours of your very first subscription payment and have not generated any PDF reports

4. Dispute Process

If you believe you are owed a refund, email hello@webaudit.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order or transaction ID (from your payment confirmation email)
• A brief description of the reason for your request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks for amounts we would have voluntarily refunded result in additional processing fees for us. Accounts with open chargebacks will have API access suspended until the dispute is resolved.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
