How it works

1

Enter your domain in the preview form above to see what your badge will look like, then copy the embed snippet for your project.

2

Paste the img tag into your GitHub README, website footer, or client report. The badge is served as a standard SVG image — works anywhere an img tag works.

3

Grades are pulled from the WebAudit scan database. The badge shows "unscanned" until the domain has been scanned. Run a scan first →

4

Badge responses are cached for 24 hours at the server and by CDNs. Grade changes appear on the badge within 24 hours of the next scan.

For the badge to show a grade, the domain must be in the WebAudit scan database. If your domain shows "unscanned", run a free scan at webaudit.in/scan.html first. The World Security Index domains are pre-scanned and will show grades immediately.

Scan your domain first

The badge pulls the grade from the last scan. Run a free scan to populate the badge, then embed it.
